Overall clean, CHARMING SMALL hotel with extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the room. Comfortable and decent location for visiting restaurants and bars. Also, easy to get to Republic Monument.

I got great value for my money at Ottopera Hotel in Istanbul. The room was comfortable, with a modern shower and tasteful decor. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Taksim Square and close to public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assistance throughout my stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options.
